Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Overview

This policy applies to everything you upload, crawl, configure, or deploy with Nexuro AI, and to what your chatbots say to your visitors. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Content You Ingest

You may only add documents, text, and websites that you own or have the right to use. You must not ingest:

  • material that infringes copyright, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights;
  • content you obtained by breaking a website's terms or by bypassing logins, paywalls, or access controls;
  • illegal content, including child sexual abuse material or content that promotes violence or exploitation;
  • sensitive personal data you have no legal basis to process, such as other people's government IDs, payment card numbers, health records, or credentials.

2. Web Crawling

  • Only crawl websites you own or have written permission to crawl.
  • Respect robots directives and site owners' reasonable requests to stop.
  • Do not use the crawler to overload, probe, or scan third-party servers or internal networks.

3. How You Deploy Chatbots

You must not use a chatbot to:

  • harass, threaten, defraud, or deceive people, including impersonating a person or organization you do not represent;
  • send spam or run phishing, scam, or malware-distribution campaigns;
  • give legal, medical, or financial advice as if it came from a qualified professional, or make decisions that significantly affect people's rights without human review;
  • target or collect data from children under 13 (or the age required by local law);
  • operate in a way that violates laws that apply to you, including privacy, consumer protection, and export control laws.

You are responsible for telling your visitors that they are talking to an AI assistant where the law or good practice requires it.

4. Platform and Security

You must not:

  • attempt to access another workspace's data, or to bypass tenant isolation, row-level security, rate limits, or plan quotas;
  • probe, scan, or test the Service's security without our written permission;
  • use prompts or inputs designed to extract system instructions, override safeguards, or make a bot answer outside its provided knowledge for abusive purposes;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service, or share API keys and credentials;
  • create multiple free accounts to avoid limits.

To report a vulnerability responsibly, contact us before disclosing it publicly.

5. Your Own API Keys

If you connect your own model provider key, you remain responsible for complying with that provider's usage policies and for the charges it makes.

6. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been violated, we may, depending on severity and at our discretion:

  • remove content or disable a chatbot, source, or crawl;
  • limit features or suspend the workspace, with notice where practical;
  • terminate the account for serious or repeated violations, in which case the Refund Policy exceptions may apply;
  • report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

We will usually warn you first unless the violation is severe, puts others at risk, or we are legally required to act immediately.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you see a chatbot built on Nexuro AI being used in violation of this policy, tell us:
