Refunds at a Glance
7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. After that, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If Nexuro AI is not right for you, request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of that payment. This applies to the first payment on the Starter plan, the Pro plan, and the one-time Lifetime plan, and to each workspace once.
Renewal payments are not covered by the guarantee. To avoid being charged again, cancel before your renewal date.
2. Cancellations
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period, and then your workspace moves to the Free plan and its limits.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing period after the 7-day window.
3. Lifetime Plan
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment covered by the same 7-day guarantee. After 7 days it is non-refundable. It is not transferable and is subject to the fair-use terms in our Terms of Service.
4. When a Refund May Be Declined
We may decline a refund request, or reverse access after refunding, where:
- the request is made after the 7-day window and no legal right to a refund applies;
- the account has repeatedly obtained refunds, or there are signs of abuse of the guarantee;
- the account was suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Service Problems
If a billing error occurred, you were charged after cancelling, or a defect in the Service prevented you from using what you paid for, contact us. We will review these cases individually and correct genuine errors even outside the 7-day window.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us from the address on your account with your workspace name and the date of the payment. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Taxes collected on a refunded payment are refunded with it. Currency conversion differences and any fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund or cancellation that you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, and where those laws give you more than this policy does, they apply.
