We only use cookies and browser storage that are needed to sign you in and make the product work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our chat widget does not set any.

2. Chat Widget
The embeddable widget stores a random session identifier in the browser's local storage on the website where it is installed. It is not a cookie, it is not shared across sites, and it does not identify the visitor. It is used only to group the messages of a single conversation.
Website owners who embed the widget decide how their own site uses cookies and are responsible for any notice or consent their local law requires from their visitors. See our Privacy Policy for how conversation data is handled.
3. What We Do Not Use
- No advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No sale or sharing of browsing data with advertisers.
- No third-party analytics cookies on the dashboard or the widget.
4. Third-Party Checkout
When you pay, you are taken to a checkout hosted by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. It may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and to complete the payment. Those are governed by its policies, not this one.
5. Managing Cookies
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to stay signed in to the dashboard. Clearing local storage only resets your preferences and any in-progress widget conversation.
Because we only use strictly necessary and functional storage, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If that changes, we will update this page and add one.
